Many good options to choose from to customize the home. In every Heritage Home you can expect to find the very best home construction specifications. Certain features you choose may change or improve these minimums. We have the Canterbury model on display in Mobile, Alabama and the Bradford model on display in Pensacola, Florida. Plus, we have a Deluxe Upgrade Package where we offer a bundle of upgrades for a discounted price. We install a 50 gallon water heater, heat pump, cabinets, lighting fixtures, wall outlets, plumbing fixtures, and interior piping.

My site manager and his crew manage the on-site progress such as dirt work, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, building the garage, and concrete flatwork while Heritage Homes builds the home. Generally it will be 60 to 90 days after finalizing your order before the modular will be delivered. We schedule a crane to set the home and do the modular connections and then do the furnace, electrical, plumbing, garage and concrete work. It may take 60 days or more to complete the site work and any other work you may be doing, but be assured you can count on us to manage the job all the way through to completion.

My home arrived October 25th and delivery, setting and inside finishing went pretty well and very quick. One door frame was made wrong and they're suppose to come fix it soon, I'm sure they will when they have time it doesn't bother me much for now. Biggest complaint is that the ducting and plumbing work is not set up well, many of the ducts and pipes are inaccessible behind floor trusses which will need to be cut to work. It's a beautiful house on the inside, but I haven't moved in yet so time will tell how it holds up.

But we’re hearing many lenders want you to have a credit rating in the mid-600s for a permanent loan and some require higher for construction loans. Q - Does Heritage Homes pay any closing costs?

It’s very affordable to add, and your sales consultant can give you information on pricing. But first, we will need to get a copy of your survey and know which home you want Heritage Homes to build for your family. You may also need to find out the subdivision restrictions and city or county required setbacks on your lot. We have a wide variety of standard plans, but our flexibility also allows us to work from your plan. Ranch, Cape Cod, loft, split entry and two story homes are all available and are shown in our design manual. All sizes and dimensions are nominal or based on approximate manufacturer measurements. 3D Tours and photos may include builder and/or factory installed options.

However, most of our Clients build from our standard plans sometimes with modifications for a lower square footage price than a custom design. We can mail you a package of “More House Plans” that are not on our website. A. Each region is different, but for the most, Heritage Homes can provide you with more value for your investment dollar than a conventional site built home.
